A minimal, second-skin brief. Because body proportions vary, check both waist and hip — if they suggest different sizes, go with the larger.

Waist
Wrap the tape around the narrowest part of your torso. Relax — don't hold your breath. This is usually 1–2 inches above the navel.
Hip
Wrap the tape around the widest part of your hips and seat, roughly 20 cm (8 in) below your natural waist. Keep it level all the way around.
